Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unopened and in its original packaging
    • In the same condition as received
    • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Please note: We cannot accept returns on opened or used dry fruits due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds may be granted if items are not in original condition, or returned after the return window.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
